If you are looking for a quality hotel, on the beach front with a great view, and within walking distance of Ibiza town, then book in at the Los Molinos...

The hotel offers all the facilities of an international 4* hotel, with satellite, mini bar, TV and telephones in all of the rooms, a gym, shop etc.

The hotel is surrounded by 'seasonal holiday accommodation' but is itself open all year and usually offers special rates throughout the winter.

The rooms have either a great sea view, or a slightly more noisy, unglamourous street view (all single rooms appear to be on the street side of the hotel).

The sea view is great, looking out towards the gay beach across the hotel pool.

Even though it is not a gay hotel, Mel in the states reports that "the staff have always been gracious and never had a problem with 'gentleman callers' or a couple of guys sleeping in one bed."

I have never taken trade back there, but this is Ibiza....

Close to the ever increasing number of gay bars in Figueretes, the Molinos is a far better choice than the Royal Plaza for a 'holiday' in a higher quality of accommodation, in fact it is very reasonably priced for both the quality and facilities on offer.

If you are feeling political, there are rumours that the Molinos welcomes gay visitors, but prefers not to be included in gay brochures, or web sites. (I'm waiting to hear....)
