OTHER CLUBS (and places you find yourself...)
There are two other "mega-clubs" in Ibiza, Eden and Es Paradis, both in San Antoni, and numerous other smaller local venues, and chilled hangouts. Though none of these could be described in any way as gay, there is a significant interest in these venues as options for a night/day out in Ibiza, particularly when a named DJ or artist is appearing that night, or when out with friends, or when just too twatted to know or care where you are.
The best of the rest go like this:
• EDEN
• ES PARADIS TERRENAL
• DC10
• BORA BORA

EDEN
Eden Discodance SL, Calle Salvador Espriu s/n, San Antonio, 07820 Ibiza
(+34) 971 80 32 39
Fax: (+34) 971 80 32 39
Email: info@edenibiza.com Website:
edenibiza.com
Capacity 4000
If you want to try San Ann's night scene, you may want to try Eden. It has an amazing audio-visual systems, and a reasonable number of gay clubbers, usually following the A-list DJs.
The club's biggest draw for many is Judge Jules judgejules.net playing every week at Judgement Sundays.
If you are staying in San Ann, and find the trek to Ibiza Town and/or San Rafael, too much every night, or just fancy trying something different, you might enjoy Eden.

ES PARADIS TERRENAL
Off Avda/ Dr Fleming
San Antoni
Ibiza

Capacity 3500
This one deserves an award for the way it dealt with the noise-prevention laws, by sticking an enormous glass pyramid on top to form a roof. Las Vegas by the sea! (It also looks like a very futuristic 'B&Q'.)
One of Ibiza's oldest clubs (after Pacha and Privilege), Es Paradis celebrated its 30th anniversary recently.
Now famous for its twice-weekly water parties which are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

DC10
Road to Las Salinas
A small after-hours party that grew out of all proportion in Y2K, DC10 is now a properly licensed club, with an official capacity of 1000...
DC10 has also achieved a near-legendary status after a monsoon (well, it was very wet, and very windy), hit the island in July this year. Grace Jones may have danced naked in the rain at Ku in the past, but this new Ibiza legend involves "1000" (official capacity) people (unable to leave the venue even if they wanted to), discovering the joys of splashing about in puddles and thanking the unofficially-licensed rain-god in the sky for a unique experience. We won't even mention the getting home. Let's just say you had to be there. I'm beginning to see the potentially fun side of Es Paradis' Water Parties...
One last thing with DC10. The Spanish pronunciation is 'day-thay dee-eyth'. Practise this, and you won't look like such a complete virgin when you finally get there. You'll also understand what people are saying to you at the end of Anfora or Pacha in the early hours of Monday morning, when people start saying this to you: You don't want to know what I thought they wanted to do...

BORA BORA & KONGA
Playa den Bossa is home to many beach bars. These two are now, seemingly, THE places to go after you leave Space (you know, the place you go after you leave Amnesia or Privilege, which is where you go after you leave Anfora, which is where you go after the bars close for the night...)
You'll notice after a while that just about everywhere on the island is now THE place to go after wherever..... There are parties for closing clubs, parties for the closing parties, in-fact the whole club scene slowly concentrates and solidifies until only the elite of the elite are left wondering why they bothered in the first place as no one is there to be fabulous around.
