  Angelo's will be visited by just about everyone for at least one small sherry most nights of their holiday.
Along with Incognito that was (and 'UP SOAP' that now is), the bar provides a place where those ending an early night and those starting a late morning can cross paths, change plans and occasionally return underwear to the rightful owner.
The terrace is usually packed throughout the summer, with regulars herding themselves on to the large terrace. The bar staff are all 'old hands' and understand more English than they will ever let on.
In July/August huge electric fans provide some respite from the heat and humidity outside, but a better alternative (in the humidity) is to venture inside. The interior is larger than you may imagine and is AIR-CONDITIONED. You can sit in comfort with a group of friends or catch up on any and all gossip, (but, as you are on holiday you will not want to do this - unless you have a pre-arranged shag, or have given up trying.)
Angelo's tried a 'bear' terrace - with an inside bar, that after a few internal modifications, was accessible from the toilets, it has since ventured down the path of providing a dark room and a pool table, which would be more at home in a dark corner of Barcelona, than a long standing medeterian bar.
So those of you torn between a good laugh and a good cruise/pose and or game of pool may well be able to do all three.
The other part of Angelo's that is often overlooked, the roof-top restaurant, which has been a bit inconsistant in opening and menu it's style.
Angelos recently took over Lolas, (ex SOAP CLUB) which, the last time we ventured through the door, provided the opportunity for us to practice avoiding flying glasses and fists... (Apparently it has gone straight.)
